Dan Mooney has built over

100 Custom Homes, ranging from 800 to 7500 square feet, including

six basement homes and an

all-concrete home. All homes are built to Fortified Gold Standards.

Dan is a former president of the Baldwin County Home Builder's Association, was twice named Builder of the Year, and built the 2002 Parade of Homes Showcase House.

​

He holds a Construction Engineering Degree from the University of West Florida, bringing decades of hands-on building experience and technical knowledge to every custom home

Concept & Design

I start by listening to how you want to live, then work with you to develop a plan that fits your needs, lifestyle, and budget.

When needed, I coordinate with experienced designers and engineers to complete the plans.

Site & Foundation

I personally oversee your project from the very beginning, coordinating the site preparation, foundation work, and the critical early stages of construction with trusted, experienced subcontractors.

Construction

I remain personally involved throughout construction, rather than turning your house over to a superintendent, I oversee each stage to ensure your home is built properly, according to the plans, and to the quality standards we both expect.

04
Final Touches

As the home nears completion, I work directly with you on the final details and finishes, making sure the completed home reflects the choices and vision we developed together.
